Dr. Narciso H. Montas, DMin.

 

President and founder of Pastortal Care Institute as well as the President and founder of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc., Revelation University, and Dade Prep Academy. Dr. Narciso H. Montas has been providing Clinical Pastoral Care for those who desire integrated faith-based counseling.  He has a track record of over 20 years of experience in spiritual counseling youth , substance abuse and marriage and family therapy. Dr. Narciso H. Montas is the recipient of numerous leadership recognition for his dedication to community affairs. He has received a Nomination for the Certificate of Congressional Recognition for his dedication and outstanding invaluable service to our community as a successful Hispanic leader in South Florida. His work is acknowledged by government agencies that include the City of Homestead, Miami-Dade County, New Jersey, Ohio, Dominican Republic, Latin America including Brazil. He is a graduate of Faith Theological Seminary and New York Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership. 

Rev. Iris De Jesus

 

Rev. Iris De Jesus is the Administrative Director of Pastoral Care Institute. Rev. De Jesus is ordained in the State of Florida, is an active Minister and Chaplain, and a family counselor. She is a Registered Intern with the State of Florida, Department of Health, Division of Medical and Quality Assurance.  She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Rev. De Jesus is active with Kairos Ministry and provides clinical pastoral counseling to incarcerated women. Rev. De Jesus is also certified by the Board of Christian Counselors. Rev. De Jesus graduated Suma Cume Laude with a Doctor of Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College. She also obtained a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University located in Miami, Florida. Rev. De Jesus also completed QPR suicide intervention training by Switchboard of Miami; trained in “Family Based-Interventions with Children and Adolescents” by Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D., and Jim Larson, Ph.D., at the Melissa Institute; and completed 400 hours of Clinical Pastoral Care at Jackson Memorial Hospital affiliated to the University of Miami. Prior to entering the field of counseling and ministry, Rev. De Jesus had been involved in the area of human rights for a period of almost 20 years. She worked with top firms with AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell in the area of Immigration and Nationality law. She also helped many families in need working in her local community alongside of her colleagues. She served  on the Board of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc.; and is a faculty member at Revelation University where she provides administrative and counseling support as well as Clinical Pastoral Care Education. Rev. De Jesus is passionate about what she does. Pastor Care Institute was birth out of that passion.

 

Crisley Velastegui

 

Graduated in Biscayne Academy and completed a training in business from AJJC, Crisley has joined PCI as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She was previously employed by Levy Restaurants, American Airlines Arena, Professional Golf Industry and Sunlife Stadium, brings human resources experience corporate of Zoo Atlanta. Crisley has also completed QPR suicide intervention training by Switchboard of Miami.
